Fabric Softener Alternative

tried and true: white vinegar and lavender essential oil
I have tried to avoid using fabric softener. From what I understand it’s really not good for you or for your clothing. So I stopped using it a year ago.
But I did miss the softness in my clothes. I didn’t care about missing out on the fake fragrance smells, I just hated my clothes feeling so stiff.
I read about a great remedy though – white distilled vinegar and lavender essential oil (which you can get through me!).
So awesome! It works quite well.
Add one cup distilled white vinegar and about five or six drops of lavender essential oil.

I tried it… and loved it! My clothes didn’t smell like vinegar and they are just as soft. So exciting!
