Returns Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:
- It is in its original, unused condition.
- It is in its original, undamaged packaging.
- It is not an excluded item (see below).
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@all-abode.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Clear photographs of the item.
We will respond within 2 business days. Please do not return any item without receiving written confirmation from us first.
Refunds
We issue cash refunds only in the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged or defective item.
- You received the wrong item due to our error.
In these cases, please contact us at support@all-abode.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will arrange a collection and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Store Credit
For all other eligible returns — where the item is in original condition and packaging and is not an excluded item — we will issue store credit in the form of a gift card to the value of the returned item. This can be used toward any future purchase on our website. Cash refunds will not be issued in these cases.
Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible original item for store credit and place a new order.
Excluded Items — Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Hygiene and bathroom items — items such as bathrobes, towels, bath mats, and similar textiles cannot be returned once opened or used, for hygiene reasons.
- Items returned after the 7-day window.
- Items not in their original condition or original packaging.
- Customised or personalised items.
- Sale or clearance items (marked as such at the time of purchase).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives visibly damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at support@all-abode.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographs. We will assess the situation and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at our discretion.
