We deliver anywhere within the Kingdom of Bahrain.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.
Our delivery team will contact you to reschedule. After two failed attempts, a redelivery fee may apply.

We accept benefit and cash payments. All transactions are processed securely.
Yes, all prices displayed on our website include VAT in accordance with Bahraini tax regulations.
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and payments are handled by a certified third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details.
Returns & Refunds
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Email us at support@all-abode.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item you’d like to return, your reason, and clear photos. Do not send anything back without hearing from us first.
Cash refunds are only issued if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error. For all other eligible returns, we issue store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used on any future purchase.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return the eligible item for store credit and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we cover collection. For all other returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Bathrobes, towels, bath mats, and similar textile items once opened or used, for hygiene reasons.
- Items returned after the 7-day window.
- Items not in their original condition or packaging.
- Customised or personalised items.
- Sale or clearance items.
Products
We work hard to represent our products as accurately as possible, including colours, dimensions, and materials. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or photography conditions. These are not considered defects.

You can request a cancellation or modification within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@all-abode.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
Care & Quality
Yes, most of our home textiles (including cushion covers, throws and bed linen) are machine washable. We recommend a gentle/delicate cycle with cold or lukewarm water.
Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals as these can damage fabric fibres and affect the colour and finish of the product over time.
We recommend air drying where possible to preserve the shape, colour, and quality of the fabric. If using a dryer, use a low heat setting.
Please note: Any items with plastic lining such as toiletry bags and organisers, should never be placed in a dryer, as the heat can warp or damage the lining. Air dry only.
Dry cleaning is recommended for quilts to maintain their shape, filling, and fabric quality. If washing at home, use a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent, and always air dry flat. Avoid wringing or tumble drying.
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using wet wipes or chemical sprays on painted, lacquered, or delicate surfaces unless the product description states otherwise.
With proper care — gentle washing, avoiding direct prolonged sunlight, and air drying — our products are made to last. Some natural fading over extended use is normal and not considered a defect.
