Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to addresses within the Kingdom of Bahrain only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification once it has been dispatched.
While we make every effort to dispatch promptly, delays may occasionally occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are BHD2 for deliveries all across Bahrain. Free delivery may be available on orders above a certain value — check our website for current promotions.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one is available at the address, we will contact you to reschedule. If we are unable to reach you or complete delivery after two attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse and a redelivery fee may apply.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or a link to track your delivery where available.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us at support@all-abode.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of any damage. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
