All Abode is a home decor and furniture retailer operating in the Kingdom of Bahrain. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to All Abode.

3. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. In the event we are unable to fulfil your order (due to stock availability, pricing errors, or other reasons), we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been taken.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) and include VAT where applicable. We take care to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made. We are not obligated to fulfil an order at an incorrect price.
5. Payment
We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
6. Delivery
We deliver within Bahrain only. Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from delivery delays.
7. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, dimensions, and materials. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography conditions, or natural material variations. These do not constitute a defect or grounds for a return unless the product materially differs from its description.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Abode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or the products purchased. Our liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bahraini courts.
